  3. CommCloser is a program to close comm ports left open by crashed applications.
  4. To use, just run it and pick the appropriate port. It's fairly obvious what to
  5. do. One thing to remember, never close a comm port that's being used. For
  6. example: If you have a comm program that's running, don't close the modem port.
  7. I don't know what will happen if you do, but I can guarentee that it wouldn't
  8. be pretty. You especially don't want to close the printer port if AppleTalk is
  9. running. That would probably be disasterous, and might even take down the whole
  10. network.

  13. responsible for anything done by this program. Use at your own risk.

  15. CommCloser is free, but it's not public domain. You can give it to anyone you
  16. want, but you can't charge money for it, and you must enclose this
  17. documentation with it.

  21. grandmother, or whatever. Hence the name.
